The Aspire Career Advisor is scientific which uses assessment methods to evaluate candidate’s capability and interests, based on which we suggest the suitable career path. The Aspire Career Advisor conducts some important aptitude, personality and psychological tests of the candidate and understands the suitable talent pattern in him/her. Aspire Career Advisor classifieds the candidates into five categories which are given below and provide services according to their age, talent, education, economic situation, growth pattern, scope etc.  

Case solution pattern I-

This solution pattern is related to those candidates who are choosing their career pathway after secondary standard. At this point of stage they usually get confuse in choosing subject of their choice and strength. In this solution pattern we conduct aptitude and psychological tests of the candidate.

After completion of aptitude and psychological tests we analyze candidate’s intellectual, academic strengths and then relate to that with market scope. After all this analysis we discuss these results with other supervisors/experts of committee and provide the best solution to the candidate.

Case solution pattern II-

This solution pattern is related to those candidates that are choosing their career pathway after senior secondary standard. These candidates have already chosen their subjects at this point and now are confuse or not able to carry same subject or afraid of future career results of that subject or subject is not of their interest etc. They deal with many other psychological difficulties related to hormonal changes occurring at same time of this stage.

In this type of solution pattern we conduct some aptitude tests of the aspirant to determine candidate’s educational strength. Alongside we do focus on psychological tests of candidate, which help us to understand about psychological pressure/issues occur due to hormonal or situational changes. After completion of aptitude and psychological tests we analyze candidate’s strengths which will be related to desired career path. Further these results will be discussed with other experts of committee to provide the best solution to the candidate.

Case solution pattern III- 

This solution pattern is related to those candidates that are choosing their career pathway after graduation. These candidates have already chosen their subjects/career and at this stage of career and they are looking for higher study subjects/ willing to change their career /lost of interest in professional life/ not able to balance between personal life and professional life/lost of concentration etc. At this stage of life when people have already crossed their teen-age and they encounter with new surroundings, professional and personal life and face many different problems.

After completion of attitude and psychological tests we analyze person’s mental and educational strength and relate to desire career path. These results will be discussed with other supervisors/experts of committee and give the best solution to the candidate.

Case solution pattern IV- 

This solution pattern is related to those candidates who are choosing their career pathway after post graduation or professionals. In this section major candidates are those who have been suffering due to professional and social pressure. They are facing troubles in career growth due to lost of interest in profession, balance issues between social, professional and personal life, due to market change or demand issues. 

In this solution our main focus is on psychological tests followed by market analysis and future demand. 

Case solution pattern V- 

This category of solution does not have any kind of pattern/ aptitude test or psychological tests. The candidate will directly fix an appointment to the consultant and discuss the problem. The candidate will get an expert solution accordingly.
